Scheduled maintenance that keeps cooling and heating systems efficient, protects warranties and stops breakdowns during the hottest weeks of the year. UST Air Conditioning provides HVAC maintenance throughout Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island with same-day appointments and 24/7 emergency dispatch.
Hawaii is hard on heating and cooling equipment. Salt-laden trade winds corrode coils and electrical connections, year-round humidity clogs drains and feeds mold, and vog on the Big Island loads filters and coils with fine particulate. Every HVAC maintenance call we run accounts for those conditions, with corrosion-resistant parts and a written report of what we found.
Called three companies for an installation quote. UST was not the cheapest but they were the only ones who measured the house and did a load calculation. The system is perfectly sized.
Michael S., HawaiiWe had a salt-corroded outdoor unit that finally gave out. UST replaced it with a coated-coil model and explained how to hose it down monthly. Wish we had called them years ago.
Ashley F., HawaiiOur restaurant's rooftop unit failed on a Friday. They came that evening, got us cooling again with a temporary fix and replaced the compressor the following week around our hours.
Kiana P., HawaiiScheduled tune-ups, filter checks, priority booking, repair discounts and a service history you can show a buyer or tenant.
Yes, many property managers use us for multi-unit maintenance with a single point of contact.
Clean coils and correct charge commonly cut cooling energy 10 to 20 percent and extend equipment life by years.
