UST Air Conditioning is the HVAC maintenance company Eleele residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most HVAC maintenance jobs on the first visit.
Because we work in Eleele every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Kauai homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the HVAC maintenance appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Kauai is the wettest and among the saltiest of the islands. Around Eleele, humidity keeps coils wet, drains clog with algae and outdoor units corrode faster than the manufacturer ever planned. We wash, coat and protect equipment with that in mind.
