Rooftop units, split systems, VRF, walk-ins and make-up air for restaurants, retail, offices, hotels and medical spaces, with maintenance contracts that keep doors open. UST Air Conditioning provides commercial HVAC throughout Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island with same-day appointments and 24/7 emergency dispatch.
Hawaii is hard on heating and cooling equipment. Salt-laden trade winds corrode coils and electrical connections, year-round humidity clogs drains and feeds mold, and vog on the Big Island loads filters and coils with fine particulate. Every commercial HVAC call we run accounts for those conditions, with corrosion-resistant parts and a written report of what we found.
They take care of the AC at my mom's house and always call to let her know when they are on the way. That kind of respect for kupuna matters to our family.
James H., HawaiiI called at 10 pm because the unit was making a horrible grinding noise. They were here by 7 the next morning and the fan motor was replaced before lunch. Great communication the whole time.
Ryan I., HawaiiWe manage several vacation rentals and needed a company that would coordinate with guests and send invoices to us. UST has been reliable, on time and fair on price every single call.
