UST Air Conditioning is the commercial HVAC company Hickam Housing residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most commercial HVAC jobs on the first visit.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the commercial HVAC appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Every commercial HVAC visit in Hickam Housing starts with a full diagnostic and a written, flat-rate quote. You approve the price before any work begins, and if the numbers point toward replacement instead of repair we will show you both so the decision is yours.
Between the afternoon heat, the humidity that settles in when the trades drop, and the salt that rides in on the breeze, air conditioners around Hickam Housing live a harder life than almost anywhere on the mainland. Our technicians plan for that with coated coils, corrosion inhibitors and more frequent coil washing.
