UST Air Conditioning is the HVAC maintenance company Princeville residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most HVAC maintenance jobs on the first visit.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the HVAC maintenance appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Because we work in Princeville every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Kauai homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Constant moisture and salt-laden trade winds make Princeville one of the most demanding places in the state to keep an air conditioner alive. Regular coil cleaning, drain treatment and corrosion protection are the difference between a 7-year system and a 15-year one.
