UST Air Conditioning is the thermostat service company Kapaa residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most thermostat service jobs on the first visit.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the thermostat service appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
We schedule thermostat service in Kapaa around your life, with morning, afternoon and evening windows, text updates when the technician is on the way and 24/7 emergency dispatch for the calls that cannot wait.
Constant moisture and salt-laden trade winds make Kapaa one of the most demanding places in the state to keep an air conditioner alive. Regular coil cleaning, drain treatment and corrosion protection are the difference between a 7-year system and a 15-year one.
