Searching for AC repair near me in Kapaa? You found a local company that answers the phone at any hour, quotes the price before touching the equipment and stands behind every job with a workmanship guarantee.
Because we work in Kapaa every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Kauai homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the AC repair appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Kauai is the wettest and among the saltiest of the islands. Around Kapaa, humidity keeps coils wet, drains clog with algae and outdoor units corrode faster than the manufacturer ever planned. We wash, coat and protect equipment with that in mind.

David W., KapaaThermostat was blank and I assumed the worst. Turned out to be the float switch on a clogged drain. Quick fix, small bill, honest explanation.
Jennifer C., KapaaI called at 10 pm because the unit was making a horrible grinding noise. They were here by 7 the next morning and the fan motor was replaced before lunch. Great communication the whole time.
Jennifer C., KapaaMost calls are scheduled the same day, and true no-cool emergencies get priority dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call (855) 459-5498 and tell us what the system is doing.
We quote a flat diagnostic fee up front and it is applied toward the repair when you approve the work. There are no surprise add-ons.
If the unit is under 10 years old and the repair is less than a third of replacement cost, repair usually wins. We will show you both numbers so the decision is yours.
