Koloa's heat, humidity and salt air are hard on equipment, which is why dependable emergency AC repair matters. UST Air Conditioning brings stocked trucks and experienced technicians to every Koloa call.
Because we work in Koloa every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Kauai homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the emergency AC repair appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Kauai is the wettest and among the saltiest of the islands. Around Koloa, humidity keeps coils wet, drains clog with algae and outdoor units corrode faster than the manufacturer ever planned. We wash, coat and protect equipment with that in mind.

In most service areas, yes. Call (855) 459-5498 and the dispatcher will give you a real arrival window.
Some do, especially at elevation and on windward slopes where winter nights drop into the 50s. Heat pumps and mini-splits in heat mode are the most efficient way to add heat.
If the system is under 10 years old and the repair costs less than a third of a new system, repair usually makes sense. Older R-22 systems and units with salt-damaged coils are usually better replaced.
