UST Air Conditioning is the AC installation company Koloa residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most AC installation jobs on the first visit.
Because we work in Koloa every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Kauai homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Every AC installation visit in Koloa starts with a full diagnostic and a written, flat-rate quote. You approve the price before any work begins, and if the numbers point toward replacement instead of repair we will show you both so the decision is yours.
Kauai is the wettest and among the saltiest of the islands. Around Koloa, humidity keeps coils wet, drains clog with algae and outdoor units corrode faster than the manufacturer ever planned. We wash, coat and protect equipment with that in mind.

Great experience with the commercial maintenance contract for our office. Quarterly visits, clear reports and no surprise breakdowns in two years.
Jennifer C., KoloaWe manage several vacation rentals and needed a company that would coordinate with guests and send invoices to us. UST has been reliable, on time and fair on price every single call.
James H., KoloaThe mini-split in our bedroom kept dripping down the wall. Two other companies never called back. UST came the next morning, cleared the drain, cleaned the coil and showed me photos of the mold they removed.
Nalani B., KoloaA single-zone mini-split is usually done in a day. A full central system with duct modifications typically takes one to two days.
It depends on square footage, insulation, window exposure and how much sun and humidity the home takes on. We measure instead of guessing, because an oversized unit short cycles and leaves the air clammy.
