Searching for residential HVAC repair near me in Kilauea? You found a local company that answers the phone at any hour, quotes the price before touching the equipment and stands behind every job with a workmanship guarantee.
Because we work in Kilauea every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Kauai homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the residential HVAC repair appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Kauai is the wettest and among the saltiest of the islands. Around Kilauea, humidity keeps coils wet, drains clog with algae and outdoor units corrode faster than the manufacturer ever planned. We wash, coat and protect equipment with that in mind.

Malia R., KilaueaVery thorough. The technician explained what he was checking at each step and left a written report with photos. Signed up for the maintenance plan on the spot.
Kiana P., KilaueaCalled three companies for an installation quote. UST was not the cheapest but they were the only ones who measured the house and did a load calculation. The system is perfectly sized.
Kawika O., KilaueaYes, including buildings with strict access rules. We coordinate with your resident manager.
