UST Air Conditioning is the indoor air quality company Kualapuu residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most indoor air quality jobs on the first visit.
Because we work in Kualapuu every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Maui homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
We schedule indoor air quality in Kualapuu around your life, with morning, afternoon and evening windows, text updates when the technician is on the way and 24/7 emergency dispatch for the calls that cannot wait.
Maui packs several climates into one island. In Kualapuu you may be cooling against Kihei-style sun and humidity or heating on a 45-degree Kula night, sometimes in the same week. Heat pumps and mini-splits that do both are the systems we install and repair most.

James H., KualapuuStraightforward pricing, showed up when they said they would, and the office followed up a week later to make sure everything was still working. That is rare these days.
Leilani K., KualapuuWe had guests checking in and no AC. They treated it as the emergency it was and had the unit running two hours before check-in.
Steven K., KualapuuOversized systems cool quickly without running long enough to remove moisture. A dehumidifier or correctly sized system fixes it.
High-MERV or HEPA filtration captures fine particulates; sealing the home and running the system in recirculate mode helps on heavy vog days.
Keep humidity under 55 percent, clean the coil and drain annually and consider a UV coil light.
