Hilo's heat, humidity and salt air are hard on equipment, which is why dependable heating tune-up matters. UST Air Conditioning brings stocked trucks and experienced technicians to every Hilo call.
Because we work in Hilo every week, our technicians know the equipment common to the Big Island homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the heating tune-up appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
From Kona-side heat to the damp, cool evenings of the Puna and Volcano districts, Hilo homeowners need equipment that cools, dehumidifies and, some nights, heats. Salt, vog particulate and heavy rain all shorten equipment life without regular maintenance.

Very thorough. The technician explained what he was checking at each step and left a written report with photos. Signed up for the maintenance plan on the spot.
