UST Air Conditioning is the heating tune-up company Haena residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most heating tune-up jobs on the first visit.
Because we work in Haena every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Kauai homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the heating tune-up appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Constant moisture and salt-laden trade winds make Haena one of the most demanding places in the state to keep an air conditioner alive. Regular coil cleaning, drain treatment and corrosion protection are the difference between a 7-year system and a 15-year one.

Great experience with the commercial maintenance contract for our office. Quarterly visits, clear reports and no surprise breakdowns in two years.
David W., HaenaHonest people. I was told by another company I needed a new system. UST found a refrigerant leak at a fitting, fixed it and charged the system properly. That was two summers ago and it still runs great.
Kawika O., HaenaThe mini-split in our bedroom kept dripping down the wall. Two other companies never called back. UST came the next morning, cleared the drain, cleaned the coil and showed me photos of the mold they removed.
Brandon T., HaenaOctober or November, before the first cold snap in the mauka and upcountry areas.
