UST Air Conditioning is the emergency heating repair company Waipio residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most emergency heating repair jobs on the first visit.
Because we work in Waipio every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Oahu homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Whether you are in a single-family home, a condo with strict HOA access rules or a vacation rental with guests arriving, UST Air Conditioning coordinates the emergency heating repair appointment with whoever needs to be involved and leaves the space clean.
Oahu's leeward side bakes from May through October, and the trade winds that keep Waipio bearable also carry salt straight into outdoor condenser coils. Systems here work hard almost every day of the year, which is why we see so many worn capacitors, corroded contactors and refrigerant leaks at brazed joints.
Called three companies for an installation quote. UST was not the cheapest but they were the only ones who measured the house and did a load calculation. The system is perfectly sized.
Nalani B., WaipioHeat pump stopped heating on a cold Volcano night. The technician walked me through a reset on the phone first, then came out the next day to replace the defrost board. Really appreciated not being charged for an unnecessary trip.
Leilani K., WaipioResponsive and polite from the first call to the final handshake. The AC not cooling problem was a frozen coil from a dirty filter and airflow issue, all sorted the same day.
