Waikele's heat, humidity and salt air are hard on equipment, which is why dependable AC installation matters. UST Air Conditioning brings stocked trucks and experienced technicians to every Waikele call.
Every AC installation visit in Waikele starts with a full diagnostic and a written, flat-rate quote. You approve the price before any work begins, and if the numbers point toward replacement instead of repair we will show you both so the decision is yours.
Because we work in Waikele every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Oahu homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Oahu's leeward side bakes from May through October, and the trade winds that keep Waikele bearable also carry salt straight into outdoor condenser coils. Systems here work hard almost every day of the year, which is why we see so many worn capacitors, corroded contactors and refrigerant leaks at brazed joints.

The dehumidifier they installed ended our mold problem in the closets. Air in the house feels completely different and the AC runs less.

Ashley F., WaikeleVery thorough. The technician explained what he was checking at each step and left a written report with photos. Signed up for the maintenance plan on the spot.
Brandon T., WaikeleA single-zone mini-split is usually done in a day. A full central system with duct modifications typically takes one to two days.
It depends on square footage, insulation, window exposure and how much sun and humidity the home takes on. We measure instead of guessing, because an oversized unit short cycles and leaves the air clammy.
