Because we work in Wahiawa every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Oahu homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Between the afternoon heat, the humidity that settles in when the trades drop, and the salt that rides in on the breeze, air conditioners around Wahiawa live a harder life than almost anywhere on the mainland. Our technicians plan for that with coated coils, corrosion inhibitors and more frequent coil washing.

Honest people. I was told by another company I needed a new system. UST found a refrigerant leak at a fitting, fixed it and charged the system properly. That was two summers ago and it still runs great.
Brandon T., WahiawaThe compressor was covered under warranty and UST handled the paperwork with the manufacturer. We only paid for labor and refrigerant. Would not have known to ask.
Malia R., WahiawaThe mini-split in our bedroom kept dripping down the wall. Two other companies never called back. UST came the next morning, cleared the drain, cleaned the coil and showed me photos of the mold they removed.
James H., WahiawaA single-zone mini-split is usually done in a day. A full central system with duct modifications typically takes one to two days.
It depends on square footage, insulation, window exposure and how much sun and humidity the home takes on. We measure instead of guessing, because an oversized unit short cycles and leaves the air clammy.
