Paia's heat, humidity and salt air are hard on equipment, which is why dependable AC installation matters. UST Air Conditioning brings stocked trucks and experienced technicians to every Paia call.
We schedule AC installation in Paia around your life, with morning, afternoon and evening windows, text updates when the technician is on the way and 24/7 emergency dispatch for the calls that cannot wait.
Because we work in Paia every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Maui homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Trade-wind salt on the north shore, relentless sun on the leeward side and chilly upcountry evenings: Paia equipment sees all of it. Our tune-ups focus on the coil corrosion, drain clogs and refrigerant leaks that Maui conditions cause.

Called three companies for an installation quote. UST was not the cheapest but they were the only ones who measured the house and did a load calculation. The system is perfectly sized.
Kawika O., PaiaThe dehumidifier they installed ended our mold problem in the closets. Air in the house feels completely different and the AC runs less.
Malia R., PaiaWe had guests checking in and no AC. They treated it as the emergency it was and had the unit running two hours before check-in.
Mark G., PaiaA single-zone mini-split is usually done in a day. A full central system with duct modifications typically takes one to two days.
