UST Air Conditioning is the AC tune-up company Waihee-Waiehu residents call first. Our technicians arrive the same day in most cases, diagnose the real problem and complete most AC tune-up jobs on the first visit.
Because we work in Waihee-Waiehu every week, our technicians know the equipment common to Maui homes, the corrosion the trade winds cause and the parts that fail first. That local experience means faster diagnosis, fewer return trips and repairs that last.
Every AC tune-up visit in Waihee-Waiehu starts with a full diagnostic and a written, flat-rate quote. You approve the price before any work begins, and if the numbers point toward replacement instead of repair we will show you both so the decision is yours.
Trade-wind salt on the north shore, relentless sun on the leeward side and chilly upcountry evenings: Waihee-Waiehu equipment sees all of it. Our tune-ups focus on the coil corrosion, drain clogs and refrigerant leaks that Maui conditions cause.

Heat pump stopped heating on a cold Volcano night. The technician walked me through a reset on the phone first, then came out the next day to replace the defrost board. Really appreciated not being charged for an unnecessary trip.
